Reporting to Senior Accountant, Regional Finance, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Fund Services and its\' growth.Key responsibilities:Function of Payable & Treasury (PT) Team

  • Operate as part of Finance SSC.
  • Responsible for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in relation of Cash Management and Payment.
  • Responsible for on-time payment of all payment requests, including ad-hoc payments.
  • Manage cashflows of group entities and ensure all accounts are adequately funded.
  • Monitor bank transactions and ensure all transactions are accurately posted
Role and responsibilities
  • Ensure daily BAU tasks are appropriately prioritized as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Ensure meeting deliverables as stated in SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Ensure cashflow forecasts and fundings are meeting the group requirements.
  • Work closely with Group Treasury to ensure accuracy of cashflow forecasts and attend related queries.
  • Liaise with banks to resolve issues as needed.
  • Provide support to facilitate the on-time completion of internal and external audits.
  • Assist team lead in managing internal and external stakeholders\' expectations and establishes strong collaborations with internal team and business partners.
  • Perform process improvements and standardization within Finance SSC
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • Preferably 1-2 years working experience
  • Team player with good people and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
  • Result-oriented and detail-minded person
  • Good understanding of IFRS
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, committed, good interpersonal skills, with a strong desire for growth and career progression
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Computer proficiency in MS office application
  • Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S4 Hana system will be an added advantage
