JOB DESCRIPTIONOur clients are a well-established Japanese manufacturing corporation seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their team based in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of proven experience managing full sets of accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and taxation. This role requires the ability to effectively liaise with auditors, address tax queries, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.
• Oversee finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate and manage audits, interacting efficiently with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve queries.
• Handle taxation matters, including filing returns and responding to tax inquiries.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Prepare payments and manage cash flow effectively.
• Monitor and meet deadlines for financial reporting and statutory compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles, experience in manufacturing environments would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing full set accounting, budget, audit, payments, and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication in English, Mandarin would be an added advantage.
