Handle of the company FULL set accounting day to day, tax, statutory, and various administrative related duties & transactions.
Generating timely monthly reports as per requested.
Prepare monthly financial report and cash flow report and other related report as and when required.
Supervision and close monitoring of credit control and collection process.
Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, SOSC0, PCB and etc.
Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
Update timely the complete accounting functions of the company including AP, AR, Journal and etc.
Due to the nature of this job function, it is expected that the employed candidate will spend about half of her time on Accounts and Admin respectively.
Any other reasonable duties per company requirements.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI/ Diploma equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (mandatory).
Mandarin speaking candidates is a MUST due to company's business dealing with supplier and client in China.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required and experience in handling full sets of accounts for Executive.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCount, A Plus or other accounting system. Currently, the Company is using AutoCount system.
