Kelayakan

  • Diploma / Degree in Account / HR Management or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Ability to connect and understand people at all position levels
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good communication and written in English is added advantage
  • Location : Kampung Baru Sg Buloh
Tanggungjawab
  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payroll completion
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file
  • Checking overtime claim, allowances, Annual leave and Medical leave.
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Handling employees\' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
  • Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow
  • Strategies, plan, and review manpower resources at organizational level to support business and organizational growth
  • Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and on-boarding
  • Any other HR/Admin related ad-hoc required by management.
