In your role as Accounting Analyst I \xe2\x80\x93 Intercompany Accounting, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. The successful incumbent is responsible for Intercompany Accounting for services provided, hosting activities, and pass-through costs incurred on behalf of K-C related parties.
The role would offer a mixture of streamlining existing tasks and assisting with stabilizing and migrating new tasks into the Intercompany Accounting team. As a result, there will be changes in the composition of the responsibilities. This role supports the GBS APAC to effectively deliver business strategy, identify and drive value creation initiatives, support employee engagement initiatives, identify control and compliance gaps and lead disruptive ideas in the journey to Intelligent Business Services. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of intercompany billings in compliance with US GAAP accounting requirement
• An accurate and detailed review of intercompany invoice processing including monthly P&L Flux analysis, inter/intra-companies country\'s local tax accounting, and withholding tax requirement
• Prepare manual journal as needed for related activity with adequate supporting documentation
• Complete assigned related account reconciliation in Blackline per established deadlines
• Respond to queries from local country finance in a timely manner
• Provide audit support as needed
• Ensure adherence of processes to the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements, and local rules and regulations, support strengthening of financial processes and controls
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and efficiently provide essential support services to the organization.
• Identify and make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve financial and internal controls and other business practices in alignment with LEAN and a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting functions, with exposure in intercompany accounting would be an added advantage
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SAP and Blackline system would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, diplomatic, flexible, and \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d mindset
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary
