Kelayakan

  • Diploma above in accounting related
  • 5 - 7 years experience in Accounting hands-on experience(PL, BS, Cash flow)
  • Full Accounting experience, more than Financial experience
  • Who can work longer (live near, areas like Kajang, Cheras, Nilai, Seremban, etc. max within 30min distance)
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Experience/skill in the manufacturing industry
  • Team leader, supervisor or management experience for 3 years
Tanggungjawab
  • Creation and management of P/L, B/S, and CF, including weekly and monthly summaries.
  • Preparation and management of monthly journals (PA, RA, STOCK, Exchange, COH, Fixed Assets, Banking).
  • Processing of receipts, payments, expenses, and investments (including e-invoice) within the accounting system.
  • Operation of SAGE system for accounting records and documentation.
  • Extraction and handling of necessary data from in-house manufacturing systems for monthly reporting.
  • Preparation and processing of semi-annual and annual financial statements.
  • Coordination with internal/external auditors for audit requirements.
  • Handling workflow for head office consolidated financial statements, including communication with HQ accounting and auditors.
