Requirements

• Diploma & above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in industrial/cost accounting is highly preferred.
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Read and interpret annual financial reports and balance sheets.
• Monitor general ledger entries and ensure timely month-end closing.
• Maintain and analyze cost accounting data; support inventory valuation and cost control.
• Apply and review manufacturing accounting standards (costing, inventory, WIP, variance analysis, etc.).
• Communicate and liaise with external auditors and certified accountants during audit and tax reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and local statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Guide and supervise team members (senior executive level may be considered depending on experience).
• Participate in system/process improvement initiatives.
