Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for accuracy? We're looking for a

Accounting Associate

to support our day-to-day financial operations and ensure smooth coordination with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to manage full sets of accounts, handle banking matters, and contribute to budgeting and reporting activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Duties

Support day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company. Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agent for company related matters. Prepare all inter-company transactions Assist in month-end closing related activities. Assist in preparation of any ad hoc financial reporting as required by Stakeholders. Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner. Process both accounts payable and accounts receivable Ensure proper recording of progressive work done and billing. Manage all banking related matters. Assist in annual company budget and project budget Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual withholding tax Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or Equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience Minimum 2 years of handling full set of accounts Good administrative and documentation skills Able to work independently and efficiently with good initiative Meticulous and ability to multi-task Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
