RM2,000 - RM2,300 per month (subject to experience)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting entries, documentation, and office filing to ensure smooth and accurate record keeping.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software or Excel.
Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Match and verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and payment records.
Track accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash recording.
Help prepare simple financial reports or summaries for management.
Administrative & Filing Duties
Maintain proper filing and organization of operational and accounting documents (invoices, receipts, statements, bills, asset documents etc.).
File and update client and supplier records, both in physical and digital formats.
Handle general office administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Support management in maintaining orderly records and document retrieval.
Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum
SPM qualification

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets. Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, QuickBooks, or similar) is highly encouraged.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Organized, responsible, and able to maintain proper filing systems.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Days and Hours:
5-day work week (8 hours per day). Replacement leave provided for weekend work.
