Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION : To check and verify accuracy on all invoice and DN/CN billed To ensure collection and receivables aging is clean and up to date To follow up closely on all overdue accounts Bookkeeping & Bank reconciliation Verification of all petty cash claims and payments Prepare aging reports and monthly report as and when required Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Management from time to time REQUIREMENTS : Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM/ \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/ Pre-U Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting / Banking or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Bonus point) Fresh graduate or with experienced are welcomed Required Skills(s): Knowledgeable in accounting, Microsoft office, Account software (Training will be provided) Able to handle full set account Able to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency

THESE INCLUDE HIGH RISE AND LANDED PROPERTIES, OFFICES, RETAIL EDUCATIONAL AND MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUITABLE CANDIDATES TO JOIN OUR COMPANY.
