Responsibilities
Independent handling of tasks with no supervision
Full set of accounts handling including month-end closing entries and daily entries update
Reconciliation of accounts, journal entry passing, and ledger maintenance in accordance with accounting principles
Monthly payment keying and payment voucher generation (AR, AP) and document filing
Debtors and creditors\' overdue aging monthly report and monthly SOA sending to debtors with overdue payment follow-up
Liaising with customers and suppliers on payment, invoice, credit note, and debit note issues
Handling of HR duties such as salary, OT, medical claims, leave, etc.
Preparation and submission of SST reports, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, LHDN, financial year-end management reports, and assisting in organizing account and administrative tasks.
