Job Description

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, AutoCount, SQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure accuracy.
• Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training and support where necessary.
• Collaborate with auditors, both internal and external, during audits and reviews.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management for business decisions.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and manage the company\'s financial transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial reporting and processes.
