Benefits Summary:

-This is a full time permanent position
-Basic Salary RM9,000 - RM15,000
-Yearly Salary Increment, Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Allowances, Bonus, Company Trips and etc.
-Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm), Sat (8.30am-1pm)
-Working Location: Jalan Kapar, Klang


Our client, a Reputable Property Management Company that was established in year 2013 and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently expanding and hence, searching for a Finance Manager to join their big family.


Responsibilities:

-Prepare financial forecasts and projections and corporate proposals for evaluation by the Management
-Responsible for budgetary controls, forecasting, treasury management, financial planning, capital expenditure control, accounting, audit and taxation
-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance
-Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, bankers and other regulatory parties
-Oversee cash flow projections of the Company and its subsidiaries to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system
-To establish operational budgets and manage company and its subsidiaries' cash flow to ensure the budgeted goals are achieved and cost objectives are met
-To manage and review audited accounts and to ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved
-Perform ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activity


Additional Information:

-At least 8-10 years of working experience in the related field is required
-Possession of a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CIMA) is required
-Good writing and public presentation skills
-Possess knowledge of international accounting standard GAAP/ IFRS/ MFRS
