Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting:



Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions. Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and receipts. Process payroll and expense reports. Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly management accounts. Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.

Administrative:



Manage daily office operations, including filing, printing, and emailing. Handle general clerical duties and support other staff. Order and maintain office supplies. Manage and maintain company assets, facilities, and equipment. Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages as needed. Provide administrative support for meetings, such as scheduling and setting up equipment.
Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar role is often preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
