Job Description

s: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle daily general accounting and book-keeping related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the database in a timely and accurate manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain an up to date book keeping record. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle payment processing, issue invoices and official receipt. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle bank reconciliation processing, prepare bank reconciliation statements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle accounting related enquiries through emails, calls and mails. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle administrative tasks, office supplies and maintain good filing records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned account and clerical tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle material purchase processing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist executive staff produce the monthly payment listing, cashflow projection report, debtors\xe2\x80\x99/creditor\xe2\x80\x99s aging report. \xe2\x80\xa2 To control and ensure payment is made according to the approved payment list. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare reconciliation for petty cash, creditors and debtors. \xe2\x80\xa2 To practice paper-less office, maintain electronic document filing/management system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all accounting practices are compliant with Statutory Requirements on changes made by the Government from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise and work closely with Purchasing Department, pay close attention to the payment terms and ensure supplier bills are paid in a timely manner to avoid supply disruptions. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/A-Level/LCCI or related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
