The Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day finance and administrative operations, including billing, collections, and payment follow-up. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely payments from clients, smooth office administration, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing statements promptly.
Track accounts receivable, monitor outstanding payments, and send reminders/chase for collections.
Liaise with clients on billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices and staff claims.
Perform bank reconciliations and update ledgers accurately.
Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and annual audits.
Assist with GST submissions, tax matters, and statutory compliance.
Administration
Maintain company records, contracts, and filing systems (digital & physical).
Manage office administration such as supplies, service providers, and vendor contracts.
Assist HR functions (leave management, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding).
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to management and other teams.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in accounts and administration; experience in billing & collections preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP).
Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and HR practices is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
