Key Responsibilities
Handle the full set of accounts, including month-end closing, management reports, and cash flow statements.
Prepare invoices, contracts, and process vendor payments.
Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and expenditures.
Liaise with company secretary, auditors, and tax agents for statutory filings and reporting.
Manage communication with English and Chinese-speaking clients and vendors for Accounts Payable and Receivable matters.
Assist with compliance tasks and other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Support general ad-hoc admin and finance-related projects.
Requirements
ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy or related field.
At least 2 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
Proficient in MYOB (preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Meticulous, independent, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
