Job Description


  • Diploma in Office Management & Technology or Business Studies or Accounting
  • We encourage fresh graduate to write in.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Working Day:
  • Mon to Fri from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm with 1 hour break from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
  • Sat from 8.30 am to 12.00 noon and Alternate Sat off.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable (sales invoices, receipts, and payments) and accounts payable.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
