DESIGNATION : Accounts & Admin Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle full set of accounts, including invoicing to customers, payment to suppliers and collections and prepare month end reports.
  • Handle reconciliation (Bank, AP, AR, Stocks), physical stock checks
  • Prepare weekly inventory reports, inventory control and valuation.
  • Handling delivery arrangement, consignment, purchasing of goods.
  • Liaising with transporters and suppliers, distributor on warehousing and logistic arrangements.
  • Assist in office administration duties to ensure that the office is run efficiently and smoothly in an organized manner.
  • Handle other adhoc or non-adhoc tasks/assignments.


QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts is an added advantage.
  • Positive thinking with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
