  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proactive, good communication and analytical scale,
  • Willing to learn, good working attitude
  • Open for fresh graduate.

Our Client is a manufacturer of corrugated paper products and aims to be an eminent multinational packaging corporation with presence in the Asian region. They aim to produce environmentally friendly and quality packaging products.

Position: Accounts Admin Executive
Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:
  • Perform day to day admin and accounting operations.
  • Handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable and collections.
  • Prepare and process sales delivery order, sales invoices, purchase orders, and expense claim.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.
  • Any other accounting/administrative duties assigned by the management from time to time.
