Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Accounting or Finance are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative or Accounting Support role is an added advantage, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Good Communication and Customer Service Skills in Mandarin and English.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounting Principles.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong Data Entry and Attention to Detail Skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer payments, track transactions, and maintain organized documentation
• Generate invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and update customer accounts
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end reporting
• Address customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and resolve payment issues promptly
