Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with related background are encouraged to apply).
• Mandarin speaker preferrable.
• Aggressive, committed, and responsible.
• Positive attitude, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Basic knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.
• Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred (for communication purposes).

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, daily cheque issuance, and collections.
• Handle daily accounting operations, record keeping, and filing.
• Assist superior with accounting tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
