Job Description


  • Update and maintain accounting Journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, account payable)
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure proper documentation and communication with suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as needed and directed by management.
  • Assist in day to day account operation and daily coordination in respect of accounts matters.
  • To assist other related accounting activities.
  • To ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
