Kelayakan

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle full set of account
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
Tanggungjawab
  • Managing and maintaining financial records
  • Generating various financial reports (general ledger postings, balance sheet, ageing list, income statement, cash flow statement)
  • Prepare, send and store quotes, invoices and receipts
  • Report on the status on accounts payable and receivable
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights and recommendations to support management decision making
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams, as needed, to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and provide financial information and support
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team, such as filing, organizing financial documents, and assisting with other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
