Managing and maintaining financial records
Generating various financial reports (general ledger postings, balance sheet, ageing list, income statement, cash flow statement)
Prepare, send and store quotes, invoices and receipts
Report on the status on accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Conducting financial analysis and providing insights and recommendations to support management decision making
Collaborating with other departments or teams, as needed, to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and provide financial information and support
Providing general administrative support to the finance team, such as filing, organizing financial documents, and assisting with other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
