Accounts Administrator (tpp Puchong)

Job Description




Responsibilities

- Oversee all outstanding supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations

- Process, send, and store all bank deposits and invoices

- Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.

- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable

- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

- Process general administration functions.

- Perform any other duties assigned by Superiors.

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field

- At least (1) year of accounting experience

- Hands-on experience with accounting software SQL will be added advantage

- Able to work independently

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Microsoft Excel

- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am - 1.00pm

Location: 24, Jalan TPP 5/2, Taman Perindustrian Puchong 5, 47100 Puchong, Selangor
