Requirements
Iroom Living, a growing name in the property development industry, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Admin to support our finance and administrative operations.
Min. 1 year experience in accounts/admin (property industry is an added advantage).
Familiar with accounting software (SQL/AutoCount preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy & organisation skills.
Able to multitask and work under minimum supervision.
Mandarin-speaking is preferred due to internal communication needs.
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, invoicing, payment tracking).
Prepare and maintain financial documents, receipts, and statements.
Assist in monthly closing and basic financial reporting.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors & internal departments for payment matters.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Support the finance team in property-related billing and collections.
