Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the Transport Manager in managing inbound and outbound transportation operations for the IDC warehouse. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: o POD Management, tracking, reporting, and filling. o Manage and monitor truck booking arrangement. o Participate in stock count activities for Mega and external warehouse. o Management of sales return (SRN) and trade return (TRN) to Mega. o 3PL and supplier invoice verification. o Liaise and working with 3PL in the day to day Logistics and operational matters. o To plan and coordinate stocks transfer from Mega to an external warehouses. o To monitor incoming stock from OEM and provide the inbound delivery ASN to 3PL. o To liaise with customer service, planner, production team and finance department on the day to day Mega operation. o Provide general administration and clerical support. o Monitor and compile transport cost saving. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: o A basic school certificate. o Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role. o Willing to relocate to the job location.
