Responsibilities
Process client invoicing and payment tracking
Handle accounts transactions and reconciliation
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in cloud-based accounting systems
Perform basic administrative tasks
Organize financial documents and records
Requirements
Experience with cloud-based accounting software (Bukku, Xero, QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection for remote work
Flexible availability
Basic understanding of accounting principles and data management
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
Familiarity with Malaysian business practices
