Job Description

Key responsibilities

Accounting:

Manage a full set of accounts, including the general ledger and reconciliations. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and financial reporting. Assist with audits, payroll, and e-invoicing.

Administration:

Provide general administrative and clerical support, such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records. Manage office supplies and coordinate office activities. Support management by compiling data and liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Required skills and qualities

Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting principles and software. Good computer skills, including experience with programs like Excel and Word. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle both financial and administrative duties efficiently. Have experience in Autocount or SQl is added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
