Key Responsibilities:Accounting Functions:
Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements.
Handle monthly and year-end closing activities accurately and on time.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records in compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audit, tax filing (SST, CP204), and compliance matters.
Maintain fixed asset register and perform reconciliations as needed.
Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Administrative Functions:
Manage general office administration, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
Handle correspondence, filing, and document control for finance and admin-related matters.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for operational requirements.
Support licensing, renewals, tenancy agreements, and contract documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar accounting role.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QNE and similar) and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and local tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
