Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk

Job Description


  • Proactive, good problem-solving ability, resourceful and have an eye for detail.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Minimum 1 years relevant experience in similar position with at least Diploma certification is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual - English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in any fields or equivalent.
  • Preferably: Mandarin speaker
Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set of accounts.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support.
  • Assist with the data entry of accounts receivable and payable invoices.
  • Assist with general office filing.
  • Assist with reconciling all transactions.
  • Assist with general office duties including making copies, scanning documents, faxing and mailing.
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.
