Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of Accounts;
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing;
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable;
  • Prepare GST return, corporate tax computation, audit schedules and inter-company reconciliations
  • Assist Accountant on all accounts related activities and responsibilities;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting software is an advantage, SAGE 300
  • A proactive person, positive attitude and able to work independently
  • Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to commence work immediately or within short notice period
