Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting includes General Ledger, Account Payable, Account \xe2\x80\xa2 Receivable, Bank, Inventory and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain proper accounting records and filing system \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with tax agent, corporate secretary, legal, banks, and government agencies \xe2\x80\xa2 All administrative matters in the company \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle daily operation matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibilities include assist closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely \xe2\x80\xa2 manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with preparation of year end schedules and liaise with auditors when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by the management when required Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting line \xe2\x80\xa2 Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work, follow through skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and well versed in MS Excel & Ms Word. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently. Salary: Up to RM3,000
