  • Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen.
  • Computer literate; knowledge in MS Office application (Excel, Word); in accounting software, preferably in UBS accounting.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Able to execute tasks assigned within stipulated time frame.
  • Process orders and make out invoices to customers.
  • Assist in following up with clients to collect payments.
  • Handle accounts payables, which includes making payments to suppliers promptly.
  • Maintain petty cash and claims.
  • Maintain a proper filing and documentation system.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
