Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the accounts department, including payment processing, invoice posting, and credit/debit note verification as applicable.
Generate and complete reports upon request.
Support various tasks such as report preparation, claim submissions, and reviewing purchase orders from the online system.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high work standards and taking accountability for outcomes.
Establish and maintain physical files and records to document transactions accurately.
Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, principles, and policies.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, composing correspondence, and recording minutes during meetings.
Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and easily traceable.
Perform other related duties as assigned by your immediate superior.
