We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Accounts Assistant cum Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the efficiency of both the Finance and Administration functions of the company. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, facilitating smooth administrative operations, and upholding professional standards in all assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities
o_ __Accounting Functions_
Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation for audit and management review.
Monitor outstanding payments and assist in preparing payment schedules.
Ensure proper filing, accuracy, and confidentiality of accounting documents and records.
o_ __Administrative Functions_
Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required by management.
Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Assist in scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls, and maintaining office records.
Support HR-related administrative matters and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a positive work attitude.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.15 a.m. - 5.15 p.m. (Weekdays only)
