Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting includes General Ledger, Account Payable, Account
  • Receivable, Bank, Inventory and etc.
  • To maintain proper accounting records and filing system
  • Liaise with tax agent, corporate secretary, legal, banks, and government agencies
  • All administrative matters in the company
  • Handle daily operation matters
  • Responsibilities include assist closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner
  • Assist with preparation of year end schedules and liaise with auditors when needed
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by the management when required
Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting line
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work, follow through skill.
  • Computer literate and well versed in MS Excel & Ms Word.
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM3,000.00 per month Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
