Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • This position will support the Company\xe2\x80\x99s accounts payable activities
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
  • Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
  • Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
  • Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
  • Assist in month-end financial closing and reporting.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in same capacity, preferably in sales and distribution.
  • Well-versed in JDE Accounting software would be advantage.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Well verse in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Meticulous and accuracy at work is a must
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
