My client a Singapore-based professional services firm specialising in managing the non-core business functions of companies such as Finance & Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Tax, and Business Support is seeking an accounting personnel based in Malaysia. Role:- Responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with bookkeeping and accounting software, and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
Enter financial transactions into the company\'s accounting system accurately and in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Preparation and filing of tax and GST returns
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documents
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Adhere to internal control procedures and financial regulations
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping will be added advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting software such as Xero
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
