Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / \xe8\x81\x8c\xe4\xbd\x8d\xe6\x8f\x8f\xe8\xbf\xb0 * Provide accounting support and assistance to ensure smooth operations.

  • Extract, analyze and tally financial information from operating system.
  • Finalize financial transactions and update general ledgers in accounting software.
  • Prepare invoices, journal voucher, debit note, credit note, bank reconciliation and fixed asset listing.
  • Perform account payable functions - issue cheque and process daily online banking payment.
  • Recording and filling cash transactions.
  • Ensure the completeness of financial statements.
  • Work closely with operation staff for daily operation tasks & Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters.
  • Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
  • Provide clerical supports to superior
  • Undertake other special assignments as and when required.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage
