Handle data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Assist in preparing monthly report.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Maintain accurate filing of accounting documents and records.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for billing matters.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting software.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
