Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for full set of accounts including daily data entry into Accounting System. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filing. Verify supplier invoices and staff claim before processing payment. Responsible for month end closing and analysis of variance explanation. Assist in maintaining proper filling system and documentation within the company. To liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary when necessary. To perform other assignments as assigned by superior. Coordinate in preparing financial forecast, budgets and cash flow management. Assess the viability of business proposals, profitability and financial projections. Monitor and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance in accordance with relevant legislation.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadline Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
