Job Description

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE



Basic Accounting & Financial Support



Able to assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, document filing, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.

Accounts Payable & Receivable



Supports the preparation of payment vouchers, handling supplier invoices, updating receipts, and following up on outstanding payments.

Record Keeping & Documentation



Ensures all financial documents, invoices, statements, and vouchers are accurately filed, updated, and readily available for audits and monthly closing purposes.

Analytical & Numerical Skills



Strong numerical accuracy and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records and reports.

Attention to Detail



Maintains accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and verification of financial information.

Time Management



Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines for closing and reporting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



Computer Proficiency



Comfortable working with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.

Focus & Accuracy



Requires consistent attention to detail for verifying numerical and financial documents.

Mobility



Office-based, with occasional movement to other departments for document verification and coordination.

COMMUNICATION AND TEAM FOCUS



Team Collaboration



Works closely with the Finance Executive, Accountant, and other teams to support smooth financial operations.

Internal & External Communication



Communicates professionally with suppliers, vendors, and internal staff regarding invoices, payments, and documentation.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES



Relevant Experience



Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles is needed.

Software Familiarity



Knowledge of SQL, SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems.

Regulatory Understanding



General awareness of tax requirements, audit procedures, and standard documentation practices.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS



Education Level



? MINIMUM DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)


Applicants must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.

Working Experience



? MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)


Candidates must have at least

three (3) years

of hands-on experience in accounting or finance support roles.

Computer Skills



Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.

Appearance and Personality



Organized, presentable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsible, trustworthy, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality in financial matters.

Professional Growth



Candidates pursuing accounting-related certifications (LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, etc.) will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
