• To maintain timely and accurate input of information (invoices, bills, credit notes, concrete register etc.) in the accounting system.
• To prepare payments for vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and staff (Petty Cash).
• To ensure proper filing is maintained for all records.
• To maintain daily cash position report based on payment and receipt records and check payments.
• To maintain monthly bank and supplier ledger reconciliation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge in statutory requirements
• Basic understanding of the audit process
• Understanding of accounting practices and standards
