At least one year of working experience in a related field.
Knowledge of Bookkeeping and accounting practices.
Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, and accounting systems.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible and good initiative.
Working Hours:
Wednesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 4pm
Sunday: 9am to 4pm
OFF days: Monday & Tuesday
Tanggungjawab
Providing support to the Accounts Department.
Daily input of data, such as payment vouchers and cash collections.
Handling customer receivable tasks, such as sales invoices, quotations, customer payments, statements of account, and aging reports.
Handling supplier matters, such as invoices, payments, aging reports, etc.
Managing salesman commissions.
Filing source documents.
Undertaking any ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
