MohonKelayakan

  • Preferably with LCCI or equivalent.
  • At least one year of working experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Bookkeeping and accounting practices.
  • Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, and accounting systems.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible and good initiative.
  • Working Hours:
  • Wednesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am to 4pm
  • Sunday: 9am to 4pm
  • OFF days: Monday & Tuesday
Tanggungjawab
  • Providing support to the Accounts Department.
  • Daily input of data, such as payment vouchers and cash collections.
  • Handling customer receivable tasks, such as sales invoices, quotations, customer payments, statements of account, and aging reports.
  • Handling supplier matters, such as invoices, payments, aging reports, etc.
  • Managing salesman commissions.
  • Filing source documents.
  • Undertaking any ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
