Job Description

1. Keep track of payment and daily sales 2. Perform cash collection and bank in the cash payment 3. Prepare payment voucher, cheque and invoice 4. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation and liaison with banks 5. Prepare sales and collection report 6. Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, month-end closing processes and general ledger journals 7. Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms 8. Prepare and liaise closely with auditors and tax consultants for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returns. 9. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior as and when required REQUIREMENTS 1.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent 2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including word, excel and power point 3.Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage) 4.Has strong knowledge in accounting principles and practices 5.Independent and good problem solving skills 6.Reliable and trustworthy 7.Self-driven, take initiatives and responsible 8.At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Junior Executive 9.Preferably candidates with immediate availability 10.Full-Time position available
