Responsible for handling AR/AP functions and assisting with month-end financial reports.
Prepare invoice, debit notes, credit notes, monthly statement to customers.
Monitor and follow up on collection with customers on outstanding debts.
Assist on daily operation activities such as liaising with colleagues; accountants; handling email enquiries and phone calls from vendors and customers.
Maintain proper fling system and general office duties.
