Routine Accounting Checking & Record
Monthly account posting
Issuing Invoice & Chasing for payment
Monthly site expenses
Any other responsibilities assigned by Management
Issuing cheque for monthly expenses and prepare payment vouchers. Banking / Withdrawal cash
Familiar with UBS Accounting System / SoftwareFamiliar with Microsoft Word / Microsoft Office ExcelFamiliar with banking proceduresBasic Account knowledgeCertificate / Diploma in Accounting
Computer literate and skills in MS Office applications
1 year of working experience in Accounting related worksFresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
