Job Description




\xc2\xb7 Handle accounts receivable, payable, posting of journal transactions which includes invoicing, debit note and payment voucher.

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile debtors and monthly bank statement.

\xc2\xb7 Able to handle full set of accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bank.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain proper accounting records and ensuring completeness of documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Assist Assistant Manager in day-to-day operational matters.

\xc2\xb7 To perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Minimum qualifications in Diploma in Accounting and above.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1-2 years working experience.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Property Development/Construction industry is an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft word and excel.

\xc2\xb7 Possess interpersonal and organization skills and is self-driven to meet deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding on accounting and taxation matters.

\xc2\xb7 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
