Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate accounting records

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Perform other administrative or finance-related duties as assigned


Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Fresh graduates are wellcome to apply. 2 years of working experience in accounting is an advantage

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL accounting software

Good communication skills.

Able to start immediately or within short notice
